目的:探讨应用封闭负压引流技术治疗地震中四肢开放性损伤的临床疗效。方法:玉树地震灾区伤员72人,其中14人入院时存在四肢开放性损伤,均在入院后1天内行创面彻底清创,应用封闭负压引流敷料覆盖创面,根据药敏结果选用敏感抗生素抗感染治疗,待创面干净肉芽新鲜后采用直接缝合、游离植皮闭合创面。结果:本组14人经治疗后创面全部愈合。结论:四肢开放性损伤应用封闭负压引流技术可以促进炎症消退及伤口肉芽组织生长,可加速创面愈合,缩短肢体功能恢复时间。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of closed negative pressure drainage technique in the treatment of open injury of limbs in earthquake. Methods: There were 72 wounded people in Yushu earthquake-stricken area. Among them, 14 patients had open injury of limbs on admission. All wounds were completely debridement within 1 day after admission. The wounds were covered with negative pressure drainage dressings. Antibiotic- Treatment, until the wound clean granulation fresh direct suture, free skin graft closure wounds. Results: The group of 14 patients healed wounds after treatment. Conclusion: Open limb injury with closed negative pressure drainage technology can promote the regression of inflammation and wound granulation tissue growth, accelerate wound healing and shorten the recovery time of limb function.
