建立近红外光谱法快速测定原油20℃密度的方法,在市售原油光谱数据库的基础上,添加广西石化常炼原油品种,采用拓扑法建立分析模型。用该方法和标准方法对炼厂原油密度进行了三个月的对比测试,115个实际样品的预测标准偏差为0.0024g/cm3。近红外光谱法测定原油密度具有分析速度快,测定方法简便,重复性好等特点,能够满足炼厂对原油密度快速测定的要求。
A method for rapid determination of the density of crude oil at 20 ℃ by near infrared spectroscopy was established. Based on the commercially available crude oil spectral database, a crude oil variety of Guangxi Petrochemical was added and the analytical model was established by using topological method. The crude oil density of the refinery was tested for three months using this method and the standard method. The predicted standard deviation of 115 actual samples was 0.0024 g / cm3. The determination of crude oil density by near infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of fast analysis, simple determination method and good repeatability, which can meet the requirements of refinery for the rapid determination of crude oil density.
