目的探索脑瘫患儿心理行为问题特征,为后续的心理干预提供依据。方法应用Achenbach儿童行为评定量表(CBCL)和自编脑瘫患儿基本情况调查表,对53例2~10岁脑瘫患儿行为问题进行调查;使用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评定脑瘫患儿家长的情绪。结果本研究共检出行为异常患儿28例,其中男患儿18例,占男患儿总数45%,女患儿10例,占女患儿总数76.92%,女患儿的行为问题检出率显著高于男患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个年龄段中(2~3岁组、4~5岁组、6~11岁组)行为问题总检出率分别为61.11%、55.0%、40.0%。不同年龄段脑瘫患儿行为问题检出率差异并无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿行为问题明显多于正常儿童,单项行为因子检出率较高的三项分别为社会退缩、抑郁、攻击。家庭结构、长期照顾者以及照顾者情绪对脑瘫患儿行为问题有一定的影响,脑瘫患儿心理行为问题需得到更多的关注。
Objective To explore the characteristics of mental behavior problems in children with cerebral palsy and to provide the basis for the follow-up psychological intervention. Methods Achenbach children behavior assessment scale (CBCL) and self-compiled children with cerebral palsy children basic situation questionnaire, 53 cases of children aged 2 to 10 years with cerebral palsy behavioral problems were investigated; self-rating depression scale, self-rating anxiety scale assessment Parents of children with cerebral palsy emotions. Results In this study, 28 cases of abnormal behavior were detected in children, including 18 cases of male children, accounting for 45% of the total number of male children, 10 cases of female children, accounting for 76.92% of the total number of female children, female children’s behavioral problems detected The rate was significantly higher than male children, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total detection rate of behavioral problems was 61.11%, 55.0% and 40.0% in 3 age groups (2 to 3 years old, 4 to 5 years old, 6 to 11 years old) respectively. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of behavioral problems in children with cerebral palsy at different ages (P> 0.05). Conclusions Children with cerebral palsy have more behavioral problems than normal children. The three children with high rates of single behavioral factors are social withdrawal, depression and attack. Family structure, long-term caregivers and caregivers’ emotions have a certain impact on the behavioral problems of children with cerebral palsy. Children with cerebral palsy should pay more attention to psychological and behavioral problems.
