目的探究心理护理在口腔日间手术患儿中的应用效果。方法 128例口腔日间手术患儿,随机分为常规组与心理护理组,每组64例。常规组采用常规护理干预;心理护理组在常规组基础上给予心理护理。比较两组患儿家长对护理的满意度;手术时间、术中疼痛评分、术中焦虑评分;术后并发症发生率。结果心理护理组患儿家长对护理的满意度为93.75%,高于常规组的71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理组手术时间、术中疼痛评分、术中焦虑评分均优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理组术后并发症发生率为3.13%,低于常规组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在口腔日间手术患儿中的应用效果确切,可有效减轻患儿不良情绪,减轻患儿疼痛,缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症的发生,提升患儿家长满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in children with oral day surgery. Methods 128 cases of oral surgery patients were randomly divided into routine group and psychological care group, 64 cases in each group. Conventional nursing interventions were used in routine group. Psychological nursing group was given psychological care on the basis of routine group. The satisfaction of nursing parents was compared between the two groups. The operation time, intraoperative pain score, intraoperative anxiety score and postoperative complication rate were compared. Results The satisfaction of parents in nursing group was 93.75%, which was higher than 71.88% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The operation time, intraoperative pain score and intraoperative anxiety score of the psychological nursing group were better than those of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the psychological nursing group was 3.13%, which was lower than that in the conventional group (25.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Psychological nursing is effective in the treatment of children with intraday oral surgery, which can effectively reduce the adverse emotions in children, reduce the pain in children, shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and enhance the satisfaction of parents in children, which is worth to be promoted .
