目的 观察大鼠全脑缺血 再灌注不同时间点延髓内脏带 (MVZ)内NADPH d阳性神经元与Fos蛋白表达的变化及相互关系。 方法 采用 4血管闭塞 (4VO)改良法以及运用NADPH d组织化学反应和Fos免疫组织化学反应及双重染色技术对全脑缺血 30min ,再灌注 2h、4h、8h、12h、2 4h、4 8h对MVZ进行研究。 结果 脑缺血组MVZ内NADPH d阳性神经元染色反应增强和Fos蛋白表达随脑缺血后再灌注时程而变化 ,并见有 15 %~ 2 0 %阳性双染细胞。 结论 在全脑缺血再灌注过程中 ,MVZ内NADPH d阳性神经元与Fos蛋白表达的分布变化具有相关性 ,提示在脑缺血状态下MVZ参与机体的应激反应
Objective To observe the changes of NADPH d-positive neurons and Fos protein in medullary visceral zone (MVZ) at different time points after global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods 4-vessel occlusion (4VO) modified method and the use of NADPH d histochemical reaction and Fos immunohistochemical reaction and double staining of cerebral ischemia 30min, reperfusion 2h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h, 48h MVZ research. Results NADPH d positive neurons in MVZ increased the expression of Fos protein in cerebral ischemic group with the course of reperfusion after cerebral ischemia, and 15% ~ 20% positive double staining cells were found. Conclusion During the process of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the expression of NADPH d-positive neurons in MZ is correlated with the distribution of Fos protein. It suggests that MVZ participates in the body’s stress response during cerebral ischemia
