高校是培养人才的殿堂,也是文化传播的象牙塔。随着社会的进步与社会主义制度的完善,人文教育改革逐步推进。在我国教育事业的逐步发展中,高校在培养学生的动手能力及技术外,也加强了对学生的人文理念的培养。大学语文作为传播文化的主要途径,也是加强高校学生人文教育的重要平台。高校作为培养学生专业技能的重要领域,有责任和义务加强人文理念的培养,尊重学生的个体差异,在促进专业领域技能掌握的同时注重以人为本的理念,实现学生的全面发展,摆脱传统的闭锁状态,通过对“育人”的深刻理解,提高教育工作者的人文理念,实现对学生的感化,即“成大事,先做人”。
