根据辊锻设计要求,论述了汽车前轴辊锻件的弹簧座截面、工字型截面、两端拳头截面各道次变化规律;在各道次变化过程中,依据各截面的尺寸参数变化对辊锻模具进行精确设计并选择合理的坯料,以保证坯料能够充满模具型槽。应用Deform-3D软件对辊锻模具模型进行模拟分析,模拟结果与实际生产结果相吻合,进一步验证了辊锻模具设计的准确性和可靠性。该文的论述对前轴辊锻模具的精确设计及辊锻件的生产提供了理论参考依据。
According to the requirements of roll forging design, the change rules of spring seat cross section, I-shaped cross section and fist cross-section cross-section of automobile front axle roll forgings are discussed. According to the change of size parameters of each cross section Die precision for the design and select a reasonable blank, to ensure that the blank can fill the mold slot. Deform-3D software was used to simulate the roll forging die model. The simulation results were in good agreement with the actual production results, which further verified the accuracy and reliability of the die forging die design. The article’s discussion provides the theoretical reference for the accurate design of the front axle roll forging die and the production of the roll forgings.
