目的:对综合性医院清洁消毒质量现状进行了解,并对医院感染管理对策进行探讨。方法:在医院医疗活动时段进行医院感染重点部门医疗物品、环境的随机采样监测。结果:2014年我州州级医院人员手指及物体表面及医疗用品、浸泡液及灭菌用品、使用中消毒液、环境空气消毒质量监测合格率为97.0%、100.0%、100.0%、97.8%;2015年我州州级医院人员手指及物体表面及医疗用品、浸泡液及灭菌用品、使用中消毒液、环境空气消毒质量监测合格率为97.7%、100.0%、94.6%、100.0%;2016年我州州级医院人员手指及物体表面及医疗用品、浸泡液及灭菌用品、使用中消毒液、环境空气消毒质量监测合格率为99.1%、100.0%、98.9%、99.2%。结论:在消毒过程中开展相应管理和监测工作,能够将医疗操作过程中医院感染薄弱环节和感染隐患及时发觉,促进医务人员对医院消毒清洁工作重视程度的加深。
Objective: To understand the status quo of the general hospital cleaning and disinfection quality, and discuss the hospital infection management strategy. Methods: During the period of medical activities in hospitals, random sampling monitoring of medical articles and environment in key departments of hospital infection was conducted. Results: In 2014, the qualified rate of finger, object surface, medical supplies, soaking liquid and sterilization articles, disinfectant in use and disinfection of ambient air in staffs of state hospitals in our county were 97.0%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 97.8% respectively. In 2015, the qualified rate of finger and object surface and medical supplies, soaking liquid and sterilized articles, disinfectant used and ambient air disinfection quality monitoring of finger and object surface of state state hospitals were 97.7%, 100.0%, 94.6% and 100.0% respectively; in 2016 The qualified rate of the quality monitoring of disinfection of ambient air of finger and object surface, medical supplies, soaking solution and sterilization articles, disinfectant used in the state hospitals in our state was 99.0%, 100.0%, 98.9% and 99.2% respectively. Conclusion: The corresponding management and monitoring in the disinfection process can detect the weak links in hospital infection and hidden infection in time in the course of medical operation, and promote the deepening of medical staff’s emphasis on disinfection and cleaning in hospitals.
