目的:通过对不同生长年限秦艽有效成分含量的动态累积变化规律研究,确定人工栽培秦艽的最佳采收期。方法:采用HPLC法,分别对2、3、4年生人工栽培秦艽植株3-11月根部龙胆苦苷和马钱苷酸含量进行测定。结果:在不同生长期龙胆苦苷与马钱苷酸含量累积呈现不同的变化规律,且以第4年9月时,根的干重最大且有效成分含量趋于稳定,此时较适于采收。结论:本研究确定了人工栽培秦艽的最佳采收期,为保证药材质量和提高产量提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimum harvesting period of cultivated Gentiana macrophylla by studying the dynamic cumulative variation of the active constituents of Gentiana macrophylla in different growing years. Methods: The contents of gentiopicroside and ramiglitzine in the root of Gentiana macrophylla from March to November in 2, 3, 4 years were measured by HPLC. Results: The contents of gentiopicroside and ramigotin in different growth stages showed different changes, and at the fourth year of September, the dry weight of the roots was the largest and the content of active ingredients tended to be stable. Harvest. Conclusion: This study determined the best harvesting period of cultivated Gentiana macrophylla, providing a scientific basis for ensuring the quality of medicinal materials and increasing the yield.
