斯特拉斯康纳镍矿自1968年投产以来,一直是鹰桥公司在萨德彼里地区最大的生产矿山。为顺利地回采低品位的复杂矿体,要求采用的岩层支护方法能保证在低成本条件下开采的稳定性。本文介绍了近年来采场设计方法和岩层支护应用方面的经验。在分层充填法和深孔采场中的支护方法是这样的.在分层充填法中用“点柱”提供主要支撑。锚杆和螺纹钢筋锚杆是用于人工支护的标准方法,且广泛使用于胶结充填。有50%以上的采场用长锚索“预先锚固”作为辅助加固手段。在深孔采场中采用临时的条柱(间柱),胶结充填以及与螺纹钢筋和长锚索联合加固的方法。 1981年内,该矿使用了6万米锚索,近53万吨充填料,其中水泥2.1万多吨。
The Strathcona Nickel Mine has been the largest production company of Eagle Bridge in the Satibili area since it was put into operation in 1968. In order to successfully recover low-grade and complex ore bodies, the rock support method required to ensure the stability of mining under low-cost conditions. In this paper, we introduce the design methods of stope and application of rock support in recent years. This is the case with the method of delamination filling and deep-hole stopes, where the main support is provided by “point pillars”. Bolts and rebar tendons are standard methods for manual support and are widely used for cementing. More than 50% of the stopes use long cables “pre-anchored” as a supplementary reinforcement. In deep-hole stopes, temporary columns (pillars), cementing and filling, and combined reinforcement with rebar and long cables are used. In 1981, the mine used 60,000 meters of anchor cable and nearly 530,000 tons of filling material, of which 21,000 tons of cement.
