目的了解医院门诊成人处方中抗菌药物的使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法从2013年1月-2014年6月的门诊成人处方中,分别随机抽取每季度某一天处方中的100张处方,对抽取的100张处方进行相关项记录,根据记录统计分析讨论抗菌药物的使用状况。结果门诊处方共6 332张,抽取处方600张,其中抗菌药物处方175张,占抽取处方总数比例29.17%,使用不合理抗菌药物处方78张,占抗菌药物处方总数的44.57%、占抽取处方量的13%。每张抗菌药物处方的平均金额为99.25元。结论抗菌药物还存在不合理的使用,有待进一步改善。
