本文论述了把握人的价值观与其行为关系,对有效地实行方针目标管理具有重要作用,既可强化企业的目标意识,又能推动管理系统的各个环节,并能促进企业目标的实现和企业成员素质的提高。通过分析作为人的主观意识的价值观形成的客观基础、价值观对人的行为的导向以及人的行为对价值观的影响,指出,社会主义企业职工应树立科学的价值观,正确处理国家、集体和个人三者利益关系,奋发向上,在创造社会价值中实现人的自身价值。又强调,要在实行方针目标管理中不断提高人的价值观水平,激励人的积极行为。
