受部委托,港口转机建制调查组一行四人,由中交企协副秘书长杨全保同志带队,上海、天津、秦皇岛三港同志参加,于6月13日至6月24日对广州、上海、大连、秦皇岛四个沿海港口的转机建制情况进行了调查研究。调查组的调查方法是:听取各港主管领导和企管部门负责人的情况介绍;查看各港转机建制工作的有关文件、材料;召开计、劳、财、货商、调度等
Entrusted by the ministry, the port transit agency investigation team of four people, led by the Deputy Secretary-General of China Association for the Advancement of enterprises, all from Comrade Yang Quanbao, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Hong Kong Sanjian participated in the June 13 to June 24 on Guangzhou, Shanghai Dalian, Qinhuangdao four coastal ports for the establishment of the situation survey conducted a survey. The survey team’s investigation methods are: to listen to the heads of leading enterprises in Hong Kong and the person in charge of the business sector briefings; view of Hong Kong transit system of work of the relevant documents and materials; held accounting, labor, financial, trade, scheduling, etc.
