德育实效性不高,一直是困扰教育工作者的一个老大难问题。为什么在加强德育的呼声越来越高,对德育投入越来越大的情况下,其实效性没有提高呢?我们认为,造成德育实效性不高的一个重要原因是德育的适应性问题,即学校所采取的一成不变的德育模式与变化的社会、变化的学生之间存在?
