2011-2012年计划开通的北京始发高速铁路路线北京—郑州2.5小时北京—南京3小时北京—武汉4小时北京—西安5小时北京—长沙6小时……随着限购细则的出台,北上广深等一线城市已经“半封闭”了外地人买房的大门,加之这些城市不断攀升的高房价,使得不少在一线城市工作的异地人选择回家置业。与此同时,许多在一线城市已经购置了房产的财富人群,从资产保值和降低通货膨胀预期等方面考虑,也纷纷转向二三线城市,其首选目的地当然是可以“落叶归根”的家乡。
