目的:建立高效液相色谱测定地芍消渴颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Spherigel C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(55∶35),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为345nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在2.5~20μL进样量范围内与其峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8(n=6),回收率为101.6%,RSD=1.8%(n=5)。结论:高效液相色谱法操作简便,准确性高,重现性好,可用于地芍消渴颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shao Xiaoke Granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was Spherigel C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (55:35), the flow rate was 1 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area integral in the range of 2.5-20 μL injection volume, with a recovery of 101.6% and a RSD of 1.8% (n = 5) . Conclusion: HPLC is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Di Shao Xiaoke granule.
