开放性管理原则是指在对企业资源特别是人才和技术资源合理模块化基础上进行结构化配置和管理,以高效简明的接口规范内部的交流和外部扩展;同时,将“可持续性的利润最大化”作为企业管理和发展的始发点和最终决策依据,放开管理和发展的思路。用这种原则指导软件企业的管理和指引发展,实质上就是从软件企业的特点出发分别致力于对内的自我激励和自我约束,以及对外的积极扩充和协调发展,也即内涵的管理和外延的拓展,核心思想就是开放性。
