一、剖析学情改革教育教学模式首先,外出学习先进校的经验。我校先后多次组织教师到山西晋城市凤鸣中学,山东省泰安实验高中等校的学习,在学习和借鉴他们经验的同时,我校开始根据自己的学情基础打造适合我校特点的教育教学模式:学生自主学习,自主管理模式。学生通过导学案自主预习,教师以问题为导向,引导学生自主学习,合作探究学习内容,推进课程和能力的养成。同时我们也对上述模式进行了因“校”制宜的调整,比如,在自主学习和合作
