十城市商业职工教育协作会在本市召开,使我市商业及其它行业的职工教育工作者得到一个很好的学习机会。本刊这一期集中刊出这次会议的三篇典型经验,今后还要陆续再发一些,以飨广大读者。沈阳市畜牧副食局的经验中有关体制改革的探索,核心是扩大培训中心的办学自主权,提高培训中心面向企业、面向社会的能力和地位。这一改革使行业间的横向培训持发展成为可能。横向培训不仅可以创收,更重要的是能够充分发挥师资、办学条件等方面的优势,为社会培养合格人才。横向培训在职工教育中是应该提倡并促其发展的。其它经验也各有特色,希望能引起广大读者的重视。本刊今后将适当组织这类专辑,集中报道某方面的经验,希望得到全国各地有关成人教育的专业会、协作会的大力支持。
10 City Commercial Staff Education Association held in the city, so that business and other sectors of our city workers and educators get a good learning opportunity.
