由于恐惧、紧张、依赖、角色缺如等心理因素而影响母乳喂养顺利进行、为此对产妇进行系统化整体护理,正确引导产妇思维、鼓励意志、稳定情绪、自我调节等,使产妇以乐观、健康的心理接受母乳喂养,坚定信心,为4~6个月纯母乳喂养奠定良好的基础。
