陈麻婆豆腐是驰名中外的名菜肴。清末被《成都通监》录为成都著名小吃,百多年来深受中外食者的喜爱。相传,清同洽年间,成都北门万福桥有陈兴盛饭铺,店主之妻陈氏常代过往过客加工豆腐,居家菜品悉心烹调,经年累月炉火纯青。陈氏烹出的豆腐色泽红亮,牛肉馅子酥香,味道又麻、又辣、又香、又烫,极富川味特色。陈氏豆腐很快便名播遐迩,求食者趋之若骛,迁客骚人多会于此,有好事者观陈氏面有麻痕戏之为『麻婆豆腐』,竟来径而走遂为美谈。由成都市酿造公司和成都市饮食公司联合开发、生产的『陈麻婆豆腐调料』走出店
Chenma Po tofu is a well-known Chinese and foreign cuisine. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, it was recorded as a famous snack in Chengdu by the “Chengdu Tongjian”.
