真空热处理技术具有无氧化、无脱碳、脱脂、变形微小、表面质量好等一系列优点,热处理零件综合性能优异,使用寿命长,无污染、无公害,自动化程度高。经真空淬火的工件硬度均匀、工艺稳定性和重复性好;淬火后工件尺寸和形状畸变小,一般可省去修复畸变的机械加工,从而提高经济效益,弥补设备投资不足[1]。
Vacuum heat treatment has the advantages of no oxidation, no decarburization, degreasing, slight deformation and good surface quality. The heat treatment parts have excellent comprehensive performance, long service life, no pollution, no pollution and high degree of automation. The hardness of the workpiece after vacuum hardening is uniform, and the process stability and repeatability are good. After the quenching, the size and shape distortion of the workpiece are small, and the mechanical processing for repairing the distortion can generally be omitted, thereby improving the economic benefits and making up for the insufficient investment in the equipment.
