目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与智能发育的相关因素。方法采用 Gesell智能发育量表测定智力 ,分析其相关因素。结果智商 (DQ)≤ 75分占 1 1 .9% ,76~ 85分占 35 .8% ,86~ 1 1 5分占 5 2 .1 %。结论重型智力障碍占多数。宫内慢性缺氧比急性缺氧引起的脑损伤更严重。缺氧缺血对神经系统的损害不亚于颅内出血
Objective To explore the related factors of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and intelligence development. Methods The intelligence was measured with Gesell intelligent development scale, and the related factors were analyzed. Results IQ (DQ) ≤ 75 points accounted for 11.9%, 76-85 points 35.8%, 86-115 points 52.1%. Conclusion Major mental retardation accounts for the majority. Intrauterine chronic hypoxia is more serious than acute hypoxia-induced brain injury. Hypoxic-ischemic damage to the nervous system is no less than intracranial hemorrhage
