自《食品卫生法》颁布以来,食品卫生状况有了明显的改善,但农村食品企业中仍存在一定的卫生问题,有些地方还相当严重。本文通过对农村食品企业卫生管理中存在问题的阐述,以探讨今后的改进对策。1 存在问题 农村食品卫生检查人员素质偏低,无专职人员,主要是防治医生兼任,因此,很难保证卫生管理工作的经常性。 乡级食品企业的基本卫生设施不健全,达不到卫生要求,食品加工企业的生产布局及工艺流程不合理,建筑材料不符合卫生要求,饮食业没达到分间作业,缺乏必备的冷藏及消毒设备。
Since the promulgation of the Food Sanitation Law, there has been a marked improvement in the state of food hygiene. However, certain health problems still exist in rural food enterprises, and some places are still quite serious. This article elaborates the existing problems in the hygiene management of rural food enterprises to discuss the improvement measures in the future. 1 problems Rural health inspectors of low quality, no full-time staff, mainly to prevent and treat physicians, therefore, it is difficult to ensure the regularity of health management. The basic health facilities of township-level food enterprises are not perfect, failing to meet the hygiene requirements, the production layout and process of food processing enterprises are unreasonable, the construction materials do not meet the hygiene requirements, the catering industry does not achieve the inter-division operation, and lack the necessary refrigeration and disinfection equipment.
