从“核心期刊”的概念及作用分析了将“核心期刊”用于评价科研成果的积极作用和负面影响,针对目前存在的“以刊论文”的现象,提出应谨慎使用“核心期刊”评价具体的科研成果和科技论文,在科研成果评价中应注重科研成果的创新性、实用性和潜在的价值,避免绝对化。
From the concept and function of “core journals”, this paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of using “core journals” in evaluating scientific research results. In view of the current phenomenon of “ ”Core journals " evaluation of specific scientific research and scientific papers, research results evaluation should focus on scientific research innovative, practical and potential value, to avoid absolute.
