11月19日,江苏发展高层论坛第31次会议在南京大学举行。省委书记、省人大常委会主任罗志军,省委副书记、省长李学勇,省政协主席张连珍,省委副书记石泰峰到会听取专家学者意见。来自清华大学、复旦大学、浙江大学以及省内高校院所的专家们齐聚一堂,围绕十八届三中全会提出的新观点、新思想、新论断、新举措,以“深化改革促发展”为主题,畅谈了学习十八届三中全会精神的体会,并对江苏进一步全面深化改革提出建议。
