充分利用数控代码结构清晰稳定、可读性好的特点,在分析数控任务结构特征与加工工艺相似特征之间的映射关系的基础上,提出了面向成组自动化的特征建模策略、模型识别方法、基于层次分析法的权重分配策略,建立了面向成组自动化分析的数控任务特征模型,实现了数控任务的非人工分析和成组自动化。通过实例验证了以上特征建模与分析方法的有效性。
Taking full advantage of the clear and stable structure of NC code and its good readability, based on the analysis of the mapping relationship between the structural features of CNC tasks and the similar features of the processing technology, a feature-oriented modeling strategy for group automation, , The weight allocation strategy based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the NC mission characteristic model for group automation analysis was established, and the non-manual analysis and group automation of NC tasks were realized. The effectiveness of the above method of feature modeling and analysis is verified by examples.
