本文对华北落叶松山西省全分布区内25个地理种源的种子性状及其在三个试点的苗期生长量进行了方差分析、相关分析和秩次相关分析,结果表明:不同种源的种子千粒重、种子宽、发芽率和发芽势以及幼苗场圃发芽速度、脱壳速度及场圃发芽率均存在着显著差异;种源间一年生和二年生苗木生长量存在着极显著差异;同时,多点方差分析表明:种源间一年生、二年生苗高生长均存在着显著差异,而且种源×立地(地点间)交互作用差异亦极显著;进行多重比较筛选出了五个优良种源(6#-五台山、7#-山丛林、10#-秋千沟、20#-阳圪台、22#孝文山)和四个较差种源(3#-伯强、9#-轩岗、12#-马家庄、16#-怀道)。相关分析表明:种子的饱满程度直接影响到苗木生长,种子宽度愈宽、种子愈饱满,苗木生长量也越大。进一步剖析产地的生态因子,其水热条件越好,苗木生长越好。此外,还对二年苗期苗木的生长进行了秩次相关分析,均存在有一定的相关性,三试点一年生苗高秩次变化不太剧烈,而二年生苗高秩次变化十分剧烈;同一种源各试点不同试验年份比较分析也有一定变化,必然造成了明显的种源×立地的互作效应。
In this paper, the variance analysis, correlation analysis and rank correlation analysis of seed traits of 25 geographic provenances and their seedling growth in the three experimental areas in the distribution area of Larix principis-rupprechtii in Shanxi Province were conducted. The results showed that: Seed weight, seed width, germination rate and germination potential as well as seedling nursery germination rate, shelling rate and field nursery germination rate were significantly different; the annual growth of annual and biennial seedlings there is a very significant difference; the same time, more Point analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in annual growth and biennial height growth among provenances, and the differences in the interaction between provenances × site (site) were also significant. Five good provenances were screened out by multiple comparison (6 # - Wutaishan, 7 # - Mountain jungle, 10 # - swing ditch, 20 # - Yangtai Taiwan, 22 # Xiaowen Mountain) and four poorer provenances (3 # - Bo Qiang, 9 # - Xuan Gang, 12 # Majiazhuang, 16 # - Wandao). Correlation analysis showed that seed fullness directly affected the growth of seedlings, the wider the seed width, the more full the seed, the greater the seedling growth. Further analysis of the origin of ecological factors, the better the hydrothermal conditions, the better seedlings grow. In addition, rank correlation analysis of seedling growth in two years was carried out, and there was a certain correlation between them. The variation of high rank rank of annual seedlings in three pilot plants was less severe, The source of each pilot year of different comparative analysis also has some changes, will inevitably lead to obvious provenance × site interaction effect.
