目的 :探讨手工、机械粉碎法及不同粉碎粒度对4种矿物药结晶水及主成分含量的影响。方法 :重量法、滴定法。结果 :机械粉碎所得最粗粉、粗粉、手工粉碎各粉末无影响 ,其余则结晶水减失 ,结晶水主成分含量偏高。结论 :含结晶水矿物药宜粉碎成粗粉。
Objective: To explore the effects of manual, mechanical grinding and different crushed particle sizes on the content of crystal water and main components of 4 mineral drugs. Method : Gravimetric method, titration method. Results: The coarsest powder and coarse powder obtained by mechanical comminution did not affect the powders crushed by hand. The rest of the crystallization water was lost. The content of the main components of crystal water was high. Conclusion : Mineral water containing crystal water should be crushed into coarse powder.
