管理的思想方法,就是人们对企业管理活动的根本看法和根本观点。用这样的看法、观点来观察、分析和解决管理问题,就是管理的方法论。随着生产力和科学技术的不断发展和进步,管理的思想方法日趋现代化、科学化。本世纪四十年代以来,一方面,系统论、信息论、控制论等属于一般科学方法论的新兴学科的出现,为现代企业管理提供了新的思路;另一方面,复杂多变的管理环境也促使人们必须从新的角度来认识管理问题。因而在管理领域内出现了一系列的新观点,如系统观点、权变观点、战略观点、企业文化观点等。这些新的观点对现代企业管理活动产生了深刻的影响。
