日本的科研人员曾对老年人进行分组研究,一组半夜起来喝250毫升白开水,另一组则一觉睡到天亮,然后在清晨分别测定他们的血液浓度。结果发现,喝水一组的人血液浓度明显降低。
Japanese researchers used to study the elderly in groups. One group started to drink 250 ml of boiled water in the middle of the night while the other group slept until dawn. Then, the blood concentration of each group was measured in the early morning. The results showed that a group of people drinking water was significantly lower blood concentrations.
