采用灌服茯苓煎剂的方法,观察了小白鼠灌服茯苓煎剂以后,心肌对哇巴因敏感性的改变和心肌K+含量的变化。实验结果显示,灌服茯苓煎剂以后,小白鼠对哇巴因的敏感性增加,对照组哇巴因致死量为16.20±2.32ug/g体重,茯苓组为12.47±2.31ug/g体重(P<0.05)。心肌组织K+含量测定显示茯苓增加正常心肌的K+含量。空白对照组干燥心肌K+含量为5.36±2.11ppm/mg,而茯苓组为6.95±1.98ppm/mg。(P<0.05)。实验结果提示茯苓可能对细胞内K+含量有调控作用。其机制可能是通过增加Na+—K+ATP酶活性而实现。
Using the method of gavage of Poria decoction, the change of myocardium sensitivity to ouabain and the change of myocardial K + content were observed after mice taking Poria decoction. The experimental results showed that after oral administration of Poria decoction, the sensitivity of mice to ouabain increased. The lethal dose of ouabain in control group was 16.20 ± 2.32ug / g body weight and that of Poria group was 12.47 ± 2. 31 ug / g body weight (P <0.05). Measurement of K + content in myocardium showed that Poria cocos + increased the content of K + in normal myocardium. The K + content of dry myocardium in blank control group was 5.36 ± 2.11ppm / mg, while that in Poria group was 6.95 ± 1.98ppm / mg. (P <0.05). Experimental results suggest that Poria may regulate the intracellular K + content. The mechanism may be achieved by increasing Na + -K + ATPase activity.
