8月17至23日,“中日合作黄土高原林业新技术及管理方法推广普及培训班”在固原成功举办。本次培训班由国家林业局对外合作项目中心和日本国际协力机构中国事务所主办,自治区林业厅和固原市林业局承办,宁夏林业国际合作项目管理中心具体落实。采用中日专家授课与现场观摩交流相结合的方式进行。旨在学习推广林业新技术、新方法、新政策,提高我区林业项目管理能力和技术水平,进一步推动宁夏林业持续快速发展。在培训班上,自治区林业厅金韶琴副厅长做了《走进生态文明建设的新时代》主旨演讲,日本海外林
From August 17 to August 23, “China-Japan Cooperative Training Workshop on Popularizing Forestry New Techniques and Management Approaches in the Loess Plateau” was successfully held in Guyuan. This training course is sponsored by the State Forestry Administration’s Foreign Cooperation Project Center and Japan’s International Cooperation Agency China Office, undertaken by the Forestry Bureau of Autonomous Region and the Forestry Bureau of Guyuan City, and implemented by Ningxia Forestry International Cooperation Project Management Center. Using Chinese and Japanese experts to teach and observe the exchange of the site to conduct a combination of ways. It aims at learning and promoting new forestry technologies, new methods and new policies, and improving forestry project management ability and technical level in our region to further promote the sustainable and rapid development of forestry in Ningxia. In the training class, Jin Shaoqin, deputy director of the Department of Forestry, made a keynote speech entitled “Entering a New Era of Ecological Civilization Construction.”
