目的探讨静脉注射补阳还五注射液对大鼠实验性动脉血栓形成前后动脉血中血小板活化因子 (PAF)含量的影响。方法应用大鼠实验性动脉血栓模型及 PAF含量的生物测定法。结果补阳还五注射液可明显降低大鼠实验性动脉血栓形成后动脉血中 PAF含量 ,而对血栓形成前动脉血中 PAF含量无明显影响 ;可明显延长动脉血栓形成的潜伏期 ,降低动脉血栓的干重和血栓 -体重指数。结论补阳还五注射液对动脉血栓的发生、发展有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous injection of Buyang Huanwu injection on platelet activating factor (PAF) content in arterial blood before and after experimental arterial thrombosis in rats. Methods Rat experimental arterial thrombosis model and bioassay of PAF content were used. Results Buyang Huanwu Injection can significantly reduce PAF in arterial blood after experimental arterial thrombosis in rats, but it has no obvious effect on PAF content in arterial blood before thrombosis; it can significantly prolong the latency of arterial thrombosis and reduce arterial thrombosis. Dry weight and thrombus - body mass index. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu injection can inhibit the occurrence and development of arterial thrombosis.
