结合武钢炼钢总厂二分厂80t转炉实际生产情况,通过少渣炼钢条件的理论分析,探索出少渣炼钢工艺的操作特点,并将其应用于指导现场生产。生产实践表明,少渣炼钢工艺在降低渣料消耗、提高金属收得率和热效率方面取得良好的效果。
Combining with the actual production of 80t converter in the second branch of WISCO Steelmaking Plant, the operational characteristics of the slagless steelmaking process were explored through the theoretical analysis of the conditions of the steelmaking with less slag and its application to direct on-site production. Production practice shows that the slag-less steelmaking process has achieved good results in reducing slag consumption and increasing the metal yield and thermal efficiency.
