The use of a thermostatic expansion valve to control the liquid supply of the evaporator has been widely used in practice. In order to further improve the system’s capabilities, the Danish Danfoss company’s laboratory conducted extensive research and obtained certain results. This type of system consists of an evaporator and a thermostatic expansion valve. Only when the performances of the two are coordinated can the entire system be operated satisfactorily. The following discussion focuses on overheating issues. Overheating has such characteristics, on the one hand, it determines the use of the heat transfer surface of the evaporator, and on the other hand it provides signals for the operation of the thermostatic expansion valve. In order to obtain a purely overheated physical image, the auxiliary diagram shown in FIG. 1 can be used.
