采用溶胶-凝胶法,控制pH值,使钛酸四丁酯(TBT)分解,将分解产物TiO2一步负载到碳酸根型镁铝铁层状双氢氧化物(LDH)表面.改变原料TBT与LDH的质量比,制备成不同负载量的TiO2/LDH复合物.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对不同质量比的TiO2/LDH进行表征,并对该复合催化剂的光催化性能进行了研究.结果表明,该复合催化剂具有较好的抗紫外线能力,负载0.5%TiO2的LDH比纯LDH具有更高光催化活性.
The solute-gel method was used to control the pH value to decompose tetrabutyl titanate (TBT), and the decomposed product TiO2 was loaded onto the surface of double hydroxides (LDH) (LDH) were prepared, and TiO2 / LDH composites with different loadings were prepared.The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 / LDH composites with different loadings was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Vis spectrophotometer / LDH, and the photocatalytic performance of the composite catalyst was studied.The results show that the composite catalyst has better UV resistance, LDH loaded with 0.5% TiO2 has higher photocatalytic activity than pure LDH.
