本文主要叙述钢表面经激光热处理后的组织显示和组织特征。钢经激光热处理后,表面获得一定深度的高硬度硬化层。文中叙述45钢、18Cr2Ni4WA钢以及GCr15钢经激光热处理后获得隐针状和细针状的马氏体。如果激光功率密度过大,试样表面会出现铸态柱状晶组织,从而影响机械性能。对GCr15钢激光硬化层奥氏体晶粒度的显示表明:奥氏体晶粒最细处不在最表层。对激光加热熔融表面复层合金的金相分析表明,其组织致密,分布均匀,与母材结合良好。
This article describes the steel surface after laser heat treatment of tissue display and tissue characteristics. After the laser heat treatment of steel, the surface to obtain a certain degree of hardness of the hardened layer. The article describes the 45 steel, 18Cr2Ni4WA steel and GCr15 steel by laser heat treatment after the acicular and fine acicular martensite. If the laser power density is too large, there will be as-cast columnar grain structure on the sample surface, which will affect the mechanical properties. The austenite grain size of laser hardened layer of GCr15 shows that the austenite grain is not in the outermost layer. Metallographic analysis of the laser cladding surface melting alloy showed that the microstructure of the alloy was dense and uniform and well bonded with the base metal.
