在化工生产中,由于操作不正常,从而产生一种不应有的气体。而这种气体的产生将导致下一过程的爆炸。如何迅速的测定这种气体的产生,并给出信号或自控处理是一个需迫切解决的问题。例如聚氯乙烯生产中,氯化氢中含氯量的控制就是一例。当含氯量稍大时,将导致爆炸。为此我们初步研制成功了气体检测自动报警仪器,为了和同志们交流经验,共同改进使其达到更加完善的目的。希读者指教。
