取灌喂克癌7851(160 mg/kg)20d的荷HepA肝癌小鼠的腹水癌细胞进行细胞生物学特性的研究,把经过一系列处理和荧光染色的癌细胞在FACS 420型流式细胞光度计上进行分析。结果表明:①克癌7851可使癌细胞的DNA含量明显下降(从1511.7±1.2降至133.5±4.4 AU或从157.0±1.7降至146.0±3.0 AU);②DAN指数(DI值)和增殖指数(PI值)亦明显下降(p<0.05和p<0.01);③可使癌细胞的G1期细胞数明显增加,从43.2±4.5%增加到78.3±5.5%,而S期和G 2M期的细胞数明显减少,而且DNA组方图的多倍体峰变得低平。提示克癌7851可以抑制癌细胞的DNA合成。
