对“山城”重庆而言,最具特色的当数三面环水,内藏锦绣的江北区了。江北区地处长江与嘉陵江交汇之北,又称江北,拥有103公里的超长水岸线,为重庆主城之最。其历史可追溯至殷商巴国,明代以后曾定名为“重庆府江北里”。新世纪伊始,当地政府加大此地开发,在江边修教堂,建剧院,筑造科技馆,从而兴起一股文化热潮,形成了迥异于往日的“新重庆”景观。 For the “Mountain City” Chongqing, the most distinctive when the number of three sides of the water, containing the beautiful Jiangbei District.
