目的:初步探讨中药寒热药性与蛋白质含量的相关性。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法测定50味中药的蛋白质含量,以蛋白质含量为指标,采用SPSS16.0软件对寒热药性与蛋白质含量之间进行统计分析,研究中药药性与蛋白质含量的相关关系。结果:方法学考察的所有RSD值均小于2%,实验的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,热性中药的总蛋白含量是寒性中药的2.37倍,统计结果显示,P=0.033<0.05,以α=0.05为水准,说明热性中药与寒性中药有显著性差异。结论:蛋白质含量与中药寒热药性有一定的相关性,蛋白质是寒热药性的物质基础之一。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between cold-warming herbs and protein content. Methods: The protein content of 50 Chinese herbs was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method. The protein content was taken as the index. SPSS16.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between the drug resistance and the protein content. Results: All the RSD values of the methodological study were less than 2%, the precision, stability and reproducibility of the experiment were good. The total protein content of the heat-treated Chinese herbal medicine was 2.37 times of that of the cold Chinese herbal medicine. The statistical results showed that P = 0.033 < 0.05, with α = 0.05 as the standard, indicating that there are significant differences between the traditional Chinese medicine and cold Chinese medicine. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the protein content and the Chinese medicine cold-heat medicinal properties. Protein is one of the material bases of cold-heat medicinal properties.
