振动对圆刻度机的刻划精度和刻线质量都有很大影响,它会造成刻线弯曲、刻度精度降低等不良效果。圆刻度机如果减振效果不好,是很难刻制出精密度盘的。圆刻度机的振动来自两个方面,一为外界振源传来的振动,另一为刻度机自身振源产生的振动。前者可用隔振的办法来减振,后者需找出机器内在的振源并加以控制。现就下列两种东德生产的精密圆刻度机,在不同的环境情况下,其减振效果的测试分析如下。一、TKF-500型圆刻度机测振情况
