随着我国社会繁荣发展,近些年,国家对少数民族的音乐文化越来越关注和重视,并且出台了相关保护政策,就少数民族音乐文化方面,给予了政策、资金上的大力支持。通过国家和政府相关部门以及社会上一些有志人士的辛勤努力,少数民族的音乐文化等到了很好的发展、传承和保护。我们知道,学校教育是传承和发展少数民族音乐文化的关键。本文主要根据西藏一些学校音乐教育的发展现状,通过不断的进行采访、调查、分析和研究,试图掌握西藏民族音乐开发和利用的程度,并且针对目前藏族地区音乐教育中存在的问题,提出自己的一些建议,努力为西藏民族音乐的发展贡献出自己的一份力量。
With the prosperity and development of our society, in recent years, the state has paid more and more attention and attention to the music and culture of ethnic minorities. Relevant protection policies have also been promulgated and policies and financial support have been given to minority ethnic music and culture. Through the hard work of relevant departments of the state and government as well as some aspiring people in the community, the musical culture of ethnic minorities has reached a very good stage of development, inheritance and protection. We know that school education is the key to the inheritance and development of minority music culture. Based on the current situation of music education in some schools in Tibet, this paper attempts to grasp the extent of development and utilization of Tibetan national music through continuous interviews, investigations, analyzes and studies. In view of the current problems in music education in Tibet, Some suggestions and efforts to contribute to the development of Tibetan national music out of their own part.
