运行中汽轮机叶片断裂飞落事故时有发生,快速精确地计算和诊断叶片的脱落位置和质量非常关键.为解决该问题,提出了根据运行中汽轮发电机组叶片脱落前后的振动监测信号特征,利用谐分量法及力平移原理,建立单平面质量飞落分析模型对汽轮机叶片飞脱进行定位分析,推导出叶片脱落的轴向位置和质量计算公式,并利用该公式诊断某电厂600 MW超临界4号机组的突发振动,诊断分析的计算结果与开缸检修结果完全一致.
It is very important to calculate and diagnose the shedding position and quality of the blades quickly and accurately.To solve this problem, according to the characteristics of the vibration monitoring signals before and after the blades of the turbogenerator in operation, Based on the theory of harmonic component and force translation, a single-plane mass migration analysis model was established to locate and analyze the turbine blade fly-off. The axial position and mass calculation formula of blade shedding were deduced. The formula was used to diagnose the 600 MW supercritical Unit 4 burst vibration, diagnostic analysis of the calculation results and open cylinder inspection results exactly the same.
