旅游企业人性化管理是人力资源管理工作的重要部分。近几年中国旅游市场迅速扩张,旅行社、酒店、景点等如雨后春笋般成长。顾客对服务水平不断提高的要求,使各旅游业之间的竞争空前激烈。旅游企业不但面临如何提高服务来满足宾客的需要以及如何使宾客在接受服务时感到愉悦,还要面临激烈的人才竞争。只有足够的人才才能保证建立一个高素质的团队,只有高素质的团队才能打造一个优秀的企业。“以人为本”的人性化管理,逐渐成为当今企业管理发展的新趋势。
Humanistic management of tourism enterprises is an important part of human resources management.
