高职教育是一种特殊类型的高等教育,它面向职业岗位群,培养既具有必备的理论知识,又具有较高的实践操作能力的高级技术人才。为实现这一培养目标,应大力培养职校教师的综合素质,20世纪90年代初,我国提出了“双师型”教师的概念。目前,“双师型”教师队伍已成为我国职教师资队伍建设的目标。本文首先分析了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍发展的制约因素,然后以外语类“双师型”教师为例提出了相对应的策略,对高职院校“双师型”队伍的壮大有一定的指导意义。
Higher vocational education is a special type of higher education. It is aimed at professional post groups, cultivating high-level technical personnel with both necessary theoretical knowledge and high practical ability. In order to realize this goal of training, the overall quality of vocational school teachers should be vigorously cultivated. In the early 1990s, China put forward the concept of “double-teacher” teachers. At present, the teaching team of “double-qualified teachers” has become the goal of building a contingent of vocational teachers in our country. This paper first analyzes the restrictive factors of the development of the “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges, and then puts forward the corresponding strategies based on the case of “double teacher teachers” in foreign languages, Double division "team has a certain guiding significance.
