Winter vacation this year to stop and carefully read the Japanese pedagogy expert SATO learned “quiet revolution” a book, deep feelings. At first, reading was attracted by the classic and sharp language in the book. After reading it, I slowly understood why it was not a vigorous revolution but a quiet revolution. Because this book is Professor Sato learning with keen observation and exploration of spirit, practice, combined with many vivid examples cast. He visited kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, conservation schools in various parts of Japan and tried to reform the school internally with teachers. For over 20 years, he has visited over 1,000 schools, visited more than 7,000 classrooms, and discussed with the principals and teachers about the problems in the reform. He pointed out that Japanese schools are ushering in a new period of transition. Japan’s current education is challenging traditional education. However, it is by no means a vigorous one-time revolution,
