通过应用修正后的以知识存量、劳动生产率、产业结构转换能力三个指标为核心的经济转型能力评价体系,结合相关的公开统计数据,对新疆维吾尔自治区14地州市的经济转型能力进行了测算。经过对不同地州市之间经济转型能力得分、分项指标得分的比较,对各地州市的经济转型问题进行了探索性研究。
By applying the revised evaluation system of economic transformation with the core of three indicators of knowledge stock, labor productivity and industrial structure conversion ability, the economic transformation capability of 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was measured with the related public statistics . After comparing the scores of economic transformation ability and sub-index among different prefectures and cities, this paper makes an exploratory research on the economic transformation of all prefectures and cities.
