本文是重庆大学72级仪表专业四名工农兵学员根据下厂进行毕业实践结果写成的。本文介绍了一种新的射流温度调节器的构成、性能特点、使用场合和应用效果。在文中详尽地叙述了用变比例放大环节所构成的一种新型的射流时间变比例调节器和它在温度对象上的应用。这种调节器配用双位执行器后具有新颖的、不同于常规双位调节器的调节规律。它使一个特性不对称的非线性对象实现了指令的非周期过渡,并使调节系统的稳定性、快速性和精度三个互相矛盾的指标得到较好的统一。同时,采用时间变比例调节器也能有效地减轻对象时滞对系统稳定性的威胁。
This article is Chongqing University 72 instrumentation professional four workers and peasants and soldiers according to the factory graduation practice results written. This article describes the composition of a new jet temperature regulator, performance characteristics, use occasions and application results. In this paper, a new type of jet time-varying proportional regulator consisting of a variable-ratio amplifier and its application to temperature objects are described in detail. This regulator with dual actuator with a novel, different from the conventional regulation of two-position regulator. It makes non-linear non-symmetrical characteristic non-periodic transition of instruction, and makes the reconciliation of the three contradictory indicators of stability, rapidity and precision of control system better. At the same time, the use of time-varying proportional regulator can effectively reduce the threat of object stability on the system.
